FOX Factory in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Controls Technician to support 24/7 production, assist with automation projects from conception to commissioning, and develop PLC/HMI programs. You will work with engineering to optimize manufacturing methods and ensure reliable electrical and control systems.

Requirements include strong electrical knowledge with PLC/HMI, robots, motion controls, and 6+ years in manufacturing automation. Associates/technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with data acquisition and control software in manufacturing.
• 6+ years in a manufacturing environment developing automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide automation and process control support for 24/7 production plants.
• Identify improvement projects and design/develop PLC/HMI programs.
• Capable of performing electrical wiring and installation tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturing methods and reporting.
• Modify PLC programs to maintain efficiency and quality; ensure backups.
