E & E Manufacturing Co is seeking a Controls Technician in Plymouth, MI. The role focuses on implementing and troubleshooting controls systems across the plant, including PLC programming, schematics, and electrical drawings.

A strong background in Allen Bradley PLCs and AutoCAD Electrical is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and eight years of hands-on experience in industrial controls, with a proven ability to mentor others and drive continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Eight years of related technical hands-on experience.
Experience in AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent design programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain PLC-based control systems for manufacturing, automation, and instrumentation.
Program PLC ladder logic from start to finish.
Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines.
Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Generate wiring schematics and control drawings with AutoCAD; maintain plant electrical prints.
Collaborate with engineering to define system control needs.
