Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance PLC/PC-based automation systems within our facilities.

You will partner with engineering and vendor teams to optimize energy management and system reliability across distribution centers. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, system testing, and accurate record keeping, with opportunities for growth in a Fortune 500 retail logistics environment.

Formación

• HVAC and BMS fundamentals.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Ability to assemble/modify manufacturing equipment.
• Understand 3-phase power and grounding practices.
• Familiarity with automation hardware/software.
• Flexible to work shifts/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot PLC logic and HMI interfaces.
• Interpret performance data and improve automation parameters.
• Perform preventive maintenance on controls and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation and testing.
• Maintain accurate work orders and parts inventory.
• Support maintenance team and operations as needed.
