Job summary

The Reynolds Company is seeking an Automation Specialist focused on Rockwell Automation software and controls. This role requires deep knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, Rockwell Studio 5000, and data analytics interfaces.

You will train customer teams, demonstrate product value, and collaborate with sales to drive growth in the Software and Controls portfolio. Based in Houston, TX, with travel to clients as needed, you will launch new products, develop business plans, and lead multi-team efforts to win

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of skills/education.
Studio 5000 programming with Ethernet/IP experience is a must.
HMI, Industrial PC and visualization programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as domain expert for Software and Controls products.
Provide pre-sales technical and commercial support to customers and sales team.
Launch and train on new products and technologies; develop account plans with leadership.
Advise on Rockwell Automation product configurations and differentiate solutions.
Identify and demonstrate technology solutions for customer applications.
Collaborate with Rockwell Automation and Reynolds leadership on business plans.
Support sales strategy and account planning for new and existing customers.
