Job summary

Complete Filtration Resources, Inc. is seeking an Automation Project Manager to coordinate automation duties on assigned projects, maintain schedules, and align efforts with the project team.

Requirements include an associate degree in Electrical/Automation with 5+ years of experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and hands-on PLC/SCADA and AutoCAD Electrical expertise for on-site commissioning in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical/Automation or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong logic, analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Highly organized, capable of directing contractors and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-contractor resources and costs, ensuring schedule compliance.
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors to meet project specifics.
• Monitor staffing requirements and adjust personnel as needed for project needs.
• Coordinate with management, sales, and engineering on project requirements and procedures.
• Oversee electrical/controls scope, including PLC/SCADA configuration and on-site commissioning.
• Engineer electrical control panels per UL508A using AutoCAD Electrical.
• Procure components to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures and templates.
• Support on-site IO testing, contractor management, and customer training.
