Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years experience with controls programming or robotics.
• Non-degreed applicants should have at least 10 years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the year.
• Experience leading technical discussions on automated equipment in automotive contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, communicate project status, and oversee deliverables with engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain and present an open action register with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally during all project phases.
• Review and validate technical documentation and control system components.
• Travel within North America for in-plant reviews (up to 15%).
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing to improve job performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
