Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations during automation upgrades.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for PLC programming.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on automation goals.
• Drive a culture of proactive troubleshooting and system reliability.
