Qualifications

12+ years of experience in industrial controls automation, preferably within custom machinery or manufacturing system design.
Proficiency in design tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation systems integrating motion control actuators, motors, servo presses, sensors, gauges, and SCADA systems.
Lead the development of electrical controls for custom machinery and test systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.
Mentor and support junior engineers while contributing to a culture of innovation.
Drive automation projects from concept through to implementation.
