CelLink Corporation is seeking a Controls Engineer to sustain and improve electrical and mechanical controls on production equipment in our Georgetown, TX facility. You will provide day-to-day manufacturing support, troubleshoot line-down events, and drive reliability through revision-controlled changes and robust test plans.

You will work with Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, and Omron PLCs, motion controllers, machine vision, and SCADA to optimize automation.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Automation & Controls Engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day controls support for Maintenance and Production to restore line uptime quickly.
• Sustain, optimize, and improve automation on conveyors, pick-and-place, and material handling systems.
• Integrate controls components including PLCs, SCADA, motion controllers, and machine vision.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain revision control for electrical and software changes.
• Develop test plans to verify machine functionality and reliability.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation and alarm guides.
• Capture failure history in CMMS and support preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors during project development and handover to production.
