The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, document, and implement changes with strong collaboration across Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• PLC programming in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms.
• Siemens PLC programming experience.
• HMI/SCADA programming in Ignition, FactoryTalk View SE/ME.
• Instrumentation and field I/O devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and maintain automation hardware and software, including Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, SCADA displays, reporting, and remote alarm software.
• Data monitoring and analysis for process improvements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions.
• Create and review change controls, SOPs, drawings, and related documentation.
• Develop detailed documentation of hardware and software solutions.
