Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering or technical training equivalent.
2+ years of experience with manufacturing processes and equipment interaction.
Can interact with machinery through HMI or laptop connection.
Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and schematics.
Experience in Allen Bradley PLCs, Servo Controllers, HMI products, and software.
Knowledge of Fanuc robots.
Responsibilities
Responsible for research, design, development, testing, installation, and modification of machinery.
Evaluates control systems and adapts new technologies into specifications.
Confirms control system functionality through testing.
Collaborates with engineering teams to evaluate components and suppliers.
Keeps equipment operating by performing audits and troubleshooting breakdowns.
