Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in automation.
- Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
- Experience with HMI development and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial networking, sensors, motors, and drives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for industrial equipment.
- Develop and modify PLC programs on Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
- Design/configure HMI and SCADA systems to support operation and diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control issues to minimize downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, startup, and integration of new machinery.
- Read schematics and collaborate with engineers and technicians on automation projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, safety, and reliability.
