Job summary

Chobani seeks an Automation and Controls Engineer to develop, implement, and administer a plant controls Ethernet network at the Twin Falls facility. You will design electrical panels, select devices, and maintain PLC/HMI programs while supporting energy and production reporting.

You will partner with IT and project teams to connect floor data to ERP and drive continuous improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in automation, strong leadership, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in automation for production processes.
Strong leadership and multi-functional exposure.
Proficient with headquarters-level customers and complex automation.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and administer the plant controls Ethernet network.
Engineer and implement automation solutions including electrical panel design and device selection.
Provide break/fix support for automation issues and act as a technical guide on project teams.
Produce energy and production reports using relevant systems.
Maintain PLC/HMI programs, electrical drawings, and related documentation.
Collaborate with IT to bridge plant floor data to ERP.
