Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve process and machine problems to improve manufacturing efficiencies and uptime.
• Support manufacturing of engineered precision miniature bearings including machining, grinding, honing finishing operations, assembly, and inspection.
• Interact with maintenance to support plant systems and utilities as needed.
• Introduce new technology and automation into the manufacturing process.
• Define functional requirements for new equipment and upgrades for existing equipment.
