A leading aerospace manufacturer in Texas is looking for an Automation & Controls Specialist for their PCB manufacturing team. This role involves troubleshooting complex controls issues and integrating new components to enhance production reliability. Candidates should have experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Successful applicants will have the flexibility to work varied shifts and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
• Must be available to work one of the designated shifts and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Integrate vendor/OEM equipment into centralized SCADA software.
• Maximize the uptime of all automation assets.
• Develop data analysis tools to address downtime sources.
