Job summary

DARCEO INC. in MSP (Minneapolis area) is seeking an Automation Controls Engineer to design and implement PLC-based automation for medical, mil/aero, and industrial projects.

The role combines electrical design, software control, and robotics expertise to improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has strong Allen-Bradley PLC/Studio 5000 skills, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, and hands-on experience with Autocad Electrical and HMI/SCADA tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer, Industrial, Manufacturing.
5+ years of direct experience in automation engineering, programming and validation.

Responsibilities

Project Support: participate in project teams, schedule adherence, commissioning, and qualifications.
Provide SME leadership in electrical design, schematic/cabinet design in Autocad Electrical, PLC and HMI programming in Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View.
Lead area projects, troubleshoot process issues, drive continuous improvement, and support operations.
