Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. seeks an Automation and Controls Engineer to program, maintain, and standardize automated control systems across the Sharonville facility. You will support safety systems, troubleshooting, and predictive maintenance while collaborating with multiple teams.

The role includes approximately 15% travel to support additional manufacturing sites and requires compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards. This position is based in Sharonville, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret Industrial Diagrams and Schematics.
• Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk and/or PlantPAx strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and upgrade control system architecture across sites.
• Write and test PLC and DCS programs for automated operations.
• Create and implement operator instructions/training for controls upgrades.
