Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Salary $95,000-$115,000 can vary based on experience, education etc...

Strong experience in Siemens PLC systems, robotics integration (Fanuc/KUKA), and controls engineering within a manufacturing environment (not R&D). This individual will support the launch and scale-up of client's new battery production facility in the Mesquite/Forney, TX area.

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

• PLC expert - Must have Siemens PLC experience, ideally S7
• SCADA system interaction – ideal experience
• SCADA systems are fully interconnected; integration experience is a plus
• HMI (Siemens), 2D/3DVision Systems (Cognex, Keyence), Controls Hardware
• Robotics experience: Fanuc and KUKA
• Experience in semi-automated production environments
• Must have experience in newer automation/controls technology, not old gear/motor manufactuing facility experience
• Able to read, create, and modify electrical schematics
• Familiarity with EAM systems (for PM/spare parts tracking)
• Equipment safety and human-machine risk tech awareness
• Understanding of North American controls standards (FMEA, Risk Assessment, ISO/ANSI/RIA)

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to MAS, MES, QMS, EMS, WMS, TPM integrationSoft Ski
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Controls Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automation and controls working within a manufacturing facility.
• Provide experience working with PLC systems (Siemens), SCADA systems, and HMI Interfaces.
• Experience in battery industry or similar industries (Power Generation, High Volume, Low Mix Automotive, Medical).
