Job summary

Arcosa Telecom is seeking a Cobot Weld Operator for the Afternoon Shift at the Muskogee, OK plant. You will operate collaborative welding robots, load and position parts, and monitor welding cycles to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting welds, adjusting parameters, performing basic programming, and maintaining documentation. Overtime and weekend work may be required to support production demands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates exceptional dependability and maintains attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and short-notice scheduling.
• Strong understanding of welding processes including MIG welding and parameters.
• Ability to read weld symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings to ensure specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate cobots and related welding equipment.
• Load, position, and secure parts in fixtures per work instructions.
• Monitor automated welding cycles and adjust as needed.
• Inspect welds for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify defects and perform rework as required.
• Document production and quality data accurately and timely.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major ones.
