Qualifications

• Experience operating cobot welding systems.
• Reading weld symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate cobot welding robots and related welding equipment.
• Load, position, and secure parts in fixtures per work instructions.
• Start, monitor, and oversee automated welding cycles.
• Inspect welded parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform visual weld inspections and identify defects for rework.
• Make minor adjustments to welding parameters, fixtures, and robot programs as directed.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues; escalate major concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement to increase productivity and quality.
• Cross-train and assist in other welding and fabrication operations as needed.
