Job summary

AmbaFlex Manufacturing in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Technician to keep conveyors, CNC equipment and robotic cells running safely and efficiently. The 5:00am–3:30pm 4x10 schedule from Monday to Thursday supports a stable production flow.

You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, program and fine-tune PLCs, and read schematics for timely repairs. CNC/VFD/PLC training and forklift certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a mechanic/maintenance tech in a production environment.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
• Completion of CNC, VFD, and PLC training or certifications.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing assets.
• Troubleshoot automated and robotic systems; repair electrical and mechanical components.
• Read schematics, diagnose issues, and repair components.
• Install/repair electrical apparatus and fabricate components as needed.
• Document work requests and support OEE and continuous improvement initiatives.
