Job summary

AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions in Canton, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the day shift (4x10). You’ll perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, CNC equipment, and robotic cells to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You'll diagnose electro-mechanical issues, program and fine-tune PLCs, read schematics, repair components, and collaborate with Supervisors to improve uptime. The role offers growth through training and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a production setting.
• Fluent reading of electrical/mechanical specs and blueprints.
• Completion of CNC, VFD, and PLC training or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing assets.
• Troubleshoot automated and robotic systems; install and repair robots and PLCs.
• Inspect, dismantle, repair, and reinstall equipment and parts.
• Diagnose abnormal sounds and collaborate with staff to find root causes.
• Install electrical components and fabricate parts as needed.
