Job summary

JLL is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support operations at our Grove City, Ohio location. This entry-level role offers growth within a facilities team, focusing on keeping production equipment reliable and the work environment safe.

You will work alongside experienced technicians to maintain conveyors, printers, and automated systems, with training provided to develop essential maintenance skills and safety practices for a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year maintenance experience with conveyors, case sealers, labelers, and printers.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM).
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and work in varying conditions.
• Experience with CMMS and reading blueprints/schematics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, case sealers, labelers, and printers to keep production running.
• Perform preventative maintenance on automated systems and Material Handling Equipment.
• Manage work orders and coordinate with specialized support teams.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for equipment maintenance and facility improvements.
• Enforce safety standards for all Material Handling Equipment.
