You will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and scripting tools to streamline legal and business operations.

The role emphasizes building secure, scalable cloud and on-premise integrations with Azure, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform, while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely service

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and web development frameworks.
• Experience configuring secure API integrations and hybrid identity solutions.
• Experience managing relational databases and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and scripting tools.
• Build and enhance workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and user interfaces for legal workflows.
• Develop and manage integrations between on-premises systems and cloud platforms (Azure, 365).
• Configure and maintain secure cloud connections, APIs, service principals, and identities.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID provisioning, GPOs, and conditional access.
• Develop scripts/workflows for identity governance (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
• Query and manage SQL Server/Azure SQL for reporting and back-end apps.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality across firm systems.
• Support integrations with iManage and time/billing platforms.
• Maintain clear documentation of code, configurations, and processes.
