Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID), including Group Policy and conditional access.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud service integration.
• Experience configuring secure connections between systems via APIs, OAuth, and hybrid identity.
• Experience with relational databases and writing complex queries.
• Understanding of data governance, integrity, and security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and scripting tools.
• Build and optimize workflows using Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Develop and maintain internal web applications and user interfaces for legal workflows.
• Integrate on-premises systems with Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure secure cloud connections, APIs, service principals, and hybrid connectivity.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including identity lifecycle management.
• Develop scripts/workflows for identity governance and access controls.
• Query and manage SQL Server and Azure SQL for reporting and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security across firm systems and applications.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and business teams; maintain documentation.
