We are hiring for a Software Engineer I to support our Platform Automation & Cloud Engineering Services (PACE) team.

This is a hands‑on role focused on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, and platform troubleshooting.

Candidates should be technically strong, and capable of working in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and Ansible/AWX
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues across IaaS and CaaS environments
• Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and ArgoCD
• Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation
• Use AI tools for troubleshooting, log analysis, scripting, and automation

Required Skills

Infrastructure & Platform Support (Primary – 50%)

• 3+ years hands‑on Kubernetes administration
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, AWX
• CI/CD: GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD
• Scripting: Python or Bash

Observability & Security
