Synfini, Inc. is seeking a Chemistry Automation Research Associate in Menlo Park, CA, on-site. The role focuses on running synthesis and purification workflows using the SynBuild platform, turning computational designs into actual compounds.

You will work with automated platforms, maintain records, and collaborate with chemistry and engineering teams to refine processes. A BS in Chemistry or related field with hands-on bench experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with hands-on lab experience.
• Strong bench chemistry experience and ability to follow protocols precisely.
• Ability to work with automation platforms and collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute organic synthesis on automated platforms from internal/external protocols.
• Purify products via automated flash chromatography and HPLC.
• Troubleshoot reactions with chemistry and engineering teams and refine automation workflows.
