Qualifications

• Haas VMC mill operation experience and ability to run a cell independently.
• TS1 troubleshooting skills; TS2/TS3 a strong plus.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers and other measurement tools.
• Self-directed and capable of managing the cell without reminders.
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 8-machine Haas VMC automated cell independently at pace.
• Assemble and manage tooling per setup sheets — correctly, every time.
• Perform machine maintenance tasks proactively, not reactively.
• Troubleshoot cell and machine issues (TS1–TS3 depending on experience).
• Perform Keyence inspection edits and programming depending on your level.
• Complete first-article and in-process inspection documentation accurately.
• Identify problems early — tooling wear, offset drift, robot behavior, quality trends.
• Support other operators and newer team members when the shop needs it.
