Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized; strong time management.
• Hands-on mechanical and electronics skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic software tools (Excel/Word/Outlook/Visio).
• Familiar with Stepper Motors, Servo Systems, Linear Slides, and Controls.
• Willing to commit to a 50-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Manage assembly and warehouse departments and staff.
• Develop, improve, and audit processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Oversee maintenance and coordinate with QC to uphold quality.
• Train successors and document standard procedures.
• Lead engineering toward a sustainable, automated multi-spindle screw system.
• Document project plans, track progress, and report to the president.
• Troubleshoot root causes and implement hands-on solutions.
