SCOPE OF POSITION

We are looking for a driven, hardworking technician with 1+ year of experience in building or industrial controls. Applicants should possess a desire to develop and grow personally and professionally with a growing local commercial HVAC industry leader.

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD:

1. Verifiable experience installing, commissioning, and startup of control systems.
2. Knowledgeable in DDC applications pertaining to the HVAC industry.
3. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex BAS issues to customers.
4. Previous experience with the Niagara platform or Delta Controls.
5. Ability to estimate and lead BAS installation projects.
6. Experience with database and other software programming.
7. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
8. Computer networking knowledge; understanding of routers, switches, and IP connections.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
2. Service and repair various types of BAS software, components, and other low-voltage systems.
3. Diagnose operating issues and determine solutions.
4. Perform commissioning, firmware updates, and calibration.
5. Program sequence of operations and develop graphics.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $25-$45/hr + OT (Based on experience)
