Guidehouse in Chicago seeks an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant to join its Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice. You will be part of a team solving complex issues faced by hospitals and health systems, leading cross-stream initiatives across planning, reform readiness, integration, and financial modeling.

Typically you will manage multiple workstreams, display advanced Excel skills, and travel up to 75%+ to deliver client-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of consulting/health industry experience.
• Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies.
• Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks.
• Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What You Will Do:

As an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.

Typically, Automation and Analytics Senior Consultants manage multiple workstreams across a broad range of healthcare projects, including strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial /risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or health industry experience
• Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
• Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
• Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables
• Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
• Ability to travel 75% or more

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field
• Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Track record of strong client service

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
