Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Automation and Analysis Developer in Houston, TX, to design and build process automation tools and dashboards, with PI Vision experience. You will transform data, automate workflows, and visualize analytics in a client-facing role within a hybrid work environment.

Requires a BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, or Computer Science and hands-on PowerApps experience; US citizenship and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree.
• Experience designing and building tools for process automation solutions, ideally PowerApps
• Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain process automation tools and dashboards and data structures which supply them.
• Understand what clients need to do with data and work with experts and coworkers to accomplish it.
• Plan the steps required to accomplish a client’s requirements and estimate the effort and schedule needed to complete them.
• Articulate technical challenges and proposed solutions to non-technical decision makers.
• Query databases and use APIs to obtain data.
• Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements.
• Initiate contact with mentors and coworkers to work through problems and questions.
