Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Automation and Analysis Developer with PI Vision experience for our Conshohocken, PA proximity. The role emphasizes designing and building process automation tools, dashboards, and data structures to transform data and support leadership decision-making.

The position is client-facing, hybrid in nature, and requires strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree + 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience designing and building tools for process automation solutions, ideally PowerApps
• Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain process automation tools and dashboards and data structures which supply them.
• Understand what clients need to do with data and work with experts and coworkers to accomplish it.
• Plan the steps required to accomplish a client’s requirements and estimate the effort and schedule needed to complete them.
• Articulate technical challenges and proposed solutions to non-technical decision makers.
• Query databases and use APIs to obtain data.
• Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements.
• Initiate contact with mentors and coworkers to work through problems and questions.
• Proactively engage with coworkers and clients throughout the world.
• Work with multiple clients at once in a client-facing role.
