Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience building UI with React or JavaScript (preferred).
• 2+ years experience preferred; strong graduates considered.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
• Outstanding quantitative problem-solving and precise communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine workflows across databases and APIs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of critical processes.
• Create internal tools and interfaces for non-technical stakeholders.
• Extend systems to support external parties and regulatory/audit needs.
• Collaborate with trading operations and compliance to automate tasks.
• Serve as process owner and triage point for debugging.
• Balance long-term goals with current production work to support teams.
