Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 3+ years in software dev, data engineering, or automation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with clean code.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience (querying, modeling, performance).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code).
• Understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT, data governance, lakehouse.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between data team and business units to translate requirements into solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and AI-powered tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical products with Snowflake/Databricks.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to prototype and deliver production solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data governance and security standards.
• Develop documentation and training materials for adoption.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance and cost.
