Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or applying AI and automation tools in a professional setting.
• Hands-on experience using automation and/or AI tools.
• Ability to apply AI tools to solve real problems, not just experiment with them.
• Confidence in explaining and demonstrating tools to others in a clear, engaging way.
• Understanding of process mapping and workflow improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A user-first mindset and curiosity for improving how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve workflows by mapping current processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Build and apply automation solutions using RPA and AI tools to streamline work.
• Design solutions that are intuitive and user-friendly, applying human-centered design principles.
• Enable others by training and providing learning materials, both virtual and in-person.
• Support project delivery through planning, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
