Job summary

Responsibilities include first article verification, tooling setup, and continuous improvement through SPC/EDBTH charting. The ideal candidate has strong math skills, ability to read drawings, and a background in shop trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts.
• Experience with basic shop mathematics and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety practices including PPE, Behavior Based Safety, and LOTO.
• Operate, set up, and adjust multi-spindle automatic screw machines and NoCAMs with planned sequences.
• Install tooling, set up stops, cams, and feeds for various operations up to machine capacity.
• Produce pilot pieces for first article verification and adjust variances.
• Support quality and continuous improvement with SPC/EDBTH charting and reporting needs.
