About the Role:

The Automatic Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating and monitoring automated machinery to ensure consistent production quality and output. This position requires a keen attention to detail to detect and resolve minor mechanical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow continuity. The operator will collaborate closely with maintenance and quality assurance teams to uphold safety standards and production specifications. Through precise machine setup, calibration, and adjustment, the operator ensures that products meet stringent quality requirements. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation by maintaining smooth and reliable machine performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret production instructions, blueprints, or technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in machine operation or industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with computerized machine controls or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends if required.
