Job summary

REMEDI8 is seeking an Automatic Door Technician to install, service, and repair automatic door systems in commercial environments. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with automatic doors or access control, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automatic doors or access control systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• AAADM Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automatic door systems (sliding, swinging, bi-folding, revolving).
• Service door operators, sensors, controls, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues onsite.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Track and submit job paperwork in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret drawings and installation instructions.
• Maintain safety and professional communication with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
