Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.

Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour (weekly pay). Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month) in a Climate Controlled environment

Qualifications

• Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
