Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Production Line Operator in Richmond, VA to operate and monitor automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.

The starting pay rate is $21.42/hour with a non-rotating 6am-6pm 2-2-3 shift pattern and 15 days per month. Join a climate-controlled environment and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
