Job summary

The role involves ensuring quality by inspecting parts, verifying plating thickness, supporting wastewater treatment, and coordinating with Lab Technician while maintaining inventory via barcodes. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience or training.
• Able to follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automated plating line and load/unload racks.
• Package plated product into dunnage or containers.
• Visually inspect parts and verify plating thickness; perform adhesion tests as needed.
• Waste-Water Treatment duties to maintain proper operation of facilities.
• Prepare orders for arrival and departure with proper identification and packaging.
• Work with Lab Technician to maintain standards and inform of discrepancies.
• Assist maintenance in problem detection and remedies.
• Inventory control using barcoding and computer systems.
• Handle membrane cleaning and transfer chemicals between tanks.
• Coordinate with neighboring cells to prevent contamination.
