Job summary

Ravago Americas in Baytown, TX is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely run automated packaging lines, record data, and support KPI-driven production goals. You will collaborate with the Packaging Lead and Supervisor to troubleshoot minor issues, maintain cleanliness, and ensure samples are retained per SOP.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehousing/packaging, and 1+ year forklift experience. Strong English skills and PPE compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or packaging environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving forklift (double forklift preferred).
• Reads, writes, and speaks English proficiently; bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn business software and devices.
• Knowledge of PPE requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record product and packaging information in forms and warehouse systems.
• Maintain productivity and quality as directed by supervisors.
• Conduct visual checks of machinery and report issues.
• Keep work areas free of resin and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with forklift and packaging duties as needed to meet KPIs.
• Retain samples per SOP and support other packaging activities.
