Custom Filters Direct is hiring an Automated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Bloomsburg, PA. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a $50 weekly attendance bonus. Training on 1st shift is required before moving to the 2nd shift; position is full-time with possible overtime.

You will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform setups, run quality checks, and document production activity while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Starting Pay: $19.50/hour

Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM | Full-Time

Custom Filters Direct is a growing HVAC air filter manufacturer seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to operate and monitor automated production equipment.

Important: 1st Shift Training Required

Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to complete approximately 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, before moving to their regular 2nd shift schedule.

*Overtime may be required based on business and production needs.

What You'll Do

Attendance Bonus Requirements

To qualify for the $50 weekly attendance bonus, employees must work their entire scheduled work-week with no missed time, including:

• No missed scheduled days
• No arriving late
• No leaving early

Any missed scheduled time during the week will result in the employee not qualifying for the attendance bonus for that week.
