Job Title: Automated Inspection & Converting Engineer
This position allows transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. The Automated Inspection and Measurement group develops technology for automated inspection, measurement, machine vision, automation, and process data systems. The role involves designing, integrating, and commissioning smart converting systems and developing automated inspection systems.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer‑sponsored visa sponsorship (including H1B, STEM OPT extensions, etc.).
Compensation range: $124,127 – $151,710 base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
