Job summary

Job Juncture in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks an Automated CNC Operator for a high-volume, automated machining operation. You will operate and monitor CNC cells, perform tooling changes, troubleshoot equipment, and help maintain safe, efficient production.

Multiple schedules with opportunities for additional hours; growth as the company expands. Previous experience in CNC/automation is valued and hands-on problem solving is a plus.

Responsibilities

Automated CNC Operator

Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer entering a significant period of growth in the Menomonee Falls area. They are expanding their manufacturing operations and adding people across multiple machining areas, skill levels and schedules.

This opportunity is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys the combination of CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting and hands‑on problem solving.

The work may include:

• Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells
• Work with CNC equipment, automation and related material‑handling systems
• Perform tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments
