We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Autodesk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with our Curriculum Team in developing cutting-edge courseware for K12 and Higher Education students. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to the creation of engaging and effective learning materials that align with industry certification standards. Each software will be developed as its own book, and candidates may be selected to work on one or more titles based on their expertise.
Project Scope: Content Review and Enhancement: Review existing course content for accuracy, currency, and relevance to industry standards. Provide recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
Lesson Development: Develop engaging and informative lessons with step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations that can be integrated into simulated activities.
Screenshot Creation: Capture high-quality screenshots of Autodesk software to be used within the courseware, ensuring clarity and alignment with lesson content.
Qualifications:
Autodesk Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of at least one of the following Autodesk software applications:
Autodesk AutoCAD
Autodesk Inventor
Autodesk Fusion
Autodesk Revit
Autodesk Maya
Autodesk 3DS MAX
Educational Experience: Experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably within a K12 or Higher Education setting.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to create clear and concise instructional materials, including written lessons and video tutorials.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with the curriculum team and providing constructive feedback.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of course materials.
Deliverables:
Detailed feedback and recommendations on existing course content.
Engaging and informative lessons with step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations.
High-quality screenshots of Autodesk software for use in the courseware.
This is a contract position, and each software title will be developed as its own book. Applicants may be considered for one or more books based on their proficiency and interest.
