Job summary

RTX's Riverside manufacturing facility is seeking an Engineering Technician, Autoclave to oversee, operate, and control multiple Autoclaves during the curing process of composite and metal bonded structures.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday 2:00PM–10:30PM, and requires a diploma/AA or AS with 2+ years of relevant experience, plus MS Office skills. Autoclave certification is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or AA/AS may be required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• MS Office experience required.
• Autoclave operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Autoclaves to support manufacturing activities.
• Review data/production specs to write and edit recipes.
• Ensure bonded structures meet cure specifications and generate cure reports.
