RTX Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician, Autoclave, to operate autoclaves on a Monday–Friday 2nd shift at the Riverside manufacturing facility. You will review data and cure specs, generate reports, and adjust loads to ensure proper curing.

You will support a team and communicate priorities across programs. The role requires a diploma or AA/AS with 2+ years in autoclave operations, strong MS Office skills, and good teamwork abilities.

Formación

• Diploma or AA/AS degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining machines and ensuring data flow.
• Experience operating autoclave equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Prior autoclave certification.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Autoclaves to support manufacturing.
• Review technical data/production specs to write/edit recipes.
• Ensure bonded structures meet cure specifications.
• Generate cure reports for parts.
• Adjust load configurations to improve cure quality.
• Provide support and direction to team members.
• Communicate with programs on priorities.
• Assist with process improvements and Autoclave Tracker updates.
• Handle issues within the department and perform other tasks as assigned.
