Job summary

Fibreworks Composites in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Autoclave Technician to load and operate autoclaves and ensure procedures meet quality standards. You will coordinate cure cycles with the Lamination Lead, verify part data in our software, and help maintain production schedules while following all SOPs and ITAR guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong MS Office skills, and outstanding verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload Autoclaves
• Coordinate cure cycles with Lamination Lead
• Ensure correct cure cycles are used
• Enter and track part information in software
• Ensure parts cure to schedule requirements
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate and monitor after-hours cure cycles
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety policies and ITAR regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
